* The Swiss meringue butter cream has a very delicate butter flavor and is not as sweet as American buttercream, but much more time-consuming to prepare.

The cakes have a height of about 14 cm and consists of 4 layers of biscuit and 3 layers of filling. Before being covered with fondant the cakes are coated with ganache or meringue buttercream.

* Fondant is a soft and pasty sugar mass

For delivery a surcharge of CHF 1.- per km (There & back) will be set to account.

Each cake will be delivered with a 12 mm high Cakeboard, which is covered in fondant and decorated with a cake matching satin ribbon.
